Shipping policy

We are excited to now offer free shipping on orders within the United States over $100. Use promo code SENDIT at checkout. 

 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout, and the carrier is also selected at that time. Both processes automated by Shopify, Strangle Co's hosting platform. 

 

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Our rashguards and beanies ship within two business days. Hats, hoodies and most shirts are currently fulfilled through a third-party and will have a fulfillment wait period of up to seven business days before shipping. Due to the COVID19 crisis, some customers may experience slightly longer wait times temporarily. 

 

Can I track my package?

Yes. You will receive an automated email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

 

I didn't receive an email tracking link. What can I do? 

Your information is in our system and can be accessed by logging into your account. You can access this by clicking on the human icon at the very top-left corner of every page.
